well its not been to bad a weekend so far reaaly didnt do to much, yeterday,apart from went for a walk along the beach at Walcott bloooooody hell it was a bit nippy as youll be able to see in the photos,

the sea defences at walcott it is a nice beach and we followed the walk off with some chips for lunch woop woop how british
then it was into town to do a bit of shopping, then home for chilling on the sofa.
saturdai i got up after a lovely lie in and went and did a reaaly good work out in the gym, i think ill pay for it later or tomorrow,
i got the hospital tomoz for an mri scan weird having it done on easter sunday, are the nhs starting to get efficient, please dont get me started on that, lol but hey least ill get to try the brand new cromer hospital
well off to chill now tv tonight the voice, britains got talant and maybee something on netflix
any comments left would be greatly appreciated especially if you agree that bgt way better than the voice.
