I bought a windows phone yesterday and had a problem logging in to windows market place. So I went on line and did some investigating and to my surprise lots of people were having similar problems so I called orange customer services and to my even greater surprise they were aware of the fault and had been for some time and they advised me to take the phone back and exchange for a different phone or cancel the contract.
So I drove back onto norwich today and revisited the shop. Where I was met with a member of staff who said they could only exchange the.phone for the same phone and could not end the contract contary to the y law another member of staff then became in vplved saying customer services would not say that so o phoned them and customer.services.told him the same thing and despite it being recorded he said customer services.said I had lied weird seeing as I was still on phone to them
So.beware orange there customer services say one thing and there store staff.lie to you face
