Today it's been mostly windy

Well the weekend wasn't bad, it was almost Summer, but then I had todo a course in London near the O2,it's a crap hole down Stratford part of London.and the hotel was crap.

But the course wasn't bad it was in service inspection of lifting equipment, next one is five day course followed by the leea course. It's all courses at the moment.

Came back Wednesday, and was home in time for a walk along the beach with me Julie and Luke it was a lovely evening really felt like a summer evening.pics below.

Well got up Thursday morning after a crap nights sleep cause the wind blowing a bloody gale all night, and today the wind has only just started to ease.

Didn't make the gym tonight bummer. Must go to gym more
